These terms govern your use of Topics.so. By creating an account, you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

The service

Topics.so connects to your social accounts, syncs your posts and their metrics, and groups them into topics you define. We aim to keep the service fast, accurate, and available, and we improve it continuously.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any social account you add to a brand.

Connected platforms

Connecting Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube is subject to each platform's own terms of use. We access those platforms only through their official APIs and only with the permissions you grant. If a platform changes or restricts its API, parts of the service that depend on it may change too.

Acceptable use

Use the service for its intended purpose: analyzing accounts you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, resell it without our agreement, or use it in violation of any law or platform policy.

Your content and data

Your posts, metrics, and topics remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the access needed to operate the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Metrics come from the platforms and can lag, change, or be revised by them. We work to keep everything accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topics.so is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
